Syarat & Ketentuan

Selamat datang di Scale (scale.co.id), platform SaaS multi-tenant untuk membuat halaman checkout, landing page, e-course, dan member area. Syarat dan Ketentuan ini berlaku bagi Merchant (pengguna yang membuat dan mengelola toko/produk) maupun Pembeli (pelanggan akhir yang melakukan transaksi melalui halaman checkout yang dibuat oleh Merchant). Dengan mendaftar atau menggunakan layanan Scale, Anda menyatakan telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui seluruh ketentuan di bawah ini.
Definisi
Scale / Platform
PT SKI yang mengoperasikan platform SaaS di scale.co.id, menyediakan infrastruktur untuk Merchant.
Merchant
Individu atau badan usaha yang mendaftar dan menggunakan layanan Scale untuk membuat halaman checkout, landing page, e-course, dan/atau area member guna menjual produk atau jasa kepada Pembeli.
Pembeli
Pengguna akhir yang melakukan pembelian melalui halaman checkout yang dibuat oleh Merchant di platform Scale.
Layanan
Seluruh fitur yang disediakan Scale, mencakup: halaman checkout multi-produk, landing page builder, e-course & member area, file download, email follow-up otomatis, funnel analytics, integrasi pembayaran Xendit, dan custom domain.
Pendaftaran & Akun Merchant
Eligibilitas
Merchant harus berusia minimal 18 tahun atau memiliki kapasitas hukum penuh untuk mengikatkan diri dalam perjanjian. Merchant bertanggung jawab atas keakuratan data yang diberikan saat pendaftaran.
Setup Fee
Pendaftaran Merchant dikenakan biaya setup satu kali yang dibayarkan melalui sistem Xendit. Akun Merchant baru aktif setelah pembayaran setup fee berhasil dikonfirmasi oleh sistem.
Keamanan Akun
Merchant bertanggung jawab penuh atas kerahasiaan kredensial login (email & password) akun mereka. Scale tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian akibat penggunaan tidak sah yang disebabkan oleh kelalaian Merchant.
Satu Akun per Bisnis
Setiap bisnis atau entitas hanya diperbolehkan memiliki satu akun Merchant aktif. Scale berhak menonaktifkan akun duplikat.
Layanan Platform & Fitur
Halaman Checkout
Merchant dapat membuat dan mengelola banyak halaman checkout dengan fitur: order bump, upsell pasca-pembelian, countdown timer, social proof popup, dan integrasi Facebook Pixel & CAPI.
Landing Page Builder
Merchant dapat membuat landing page berbasis template (e-book, e-course) dengan editor konten per section dan opsi publish/draft.
E-Course & Member Area
Merchant dapat membuat e-course multi-section dan multi-lesson dengan video dari Bunny.net. Pembeli mendapat akses member area setelah transaksi berhasil.
File Digital
Merchant dapat mengunggah file digital (PDF, dll.) ke Bunny Storage dan mengaitkannya dengan produk. Pembeli mendapat akses unduhan yang aman dan terautentikasi.
Email Otomatis
Platform menyediakan fitur email konfirmasi pembayaran, email akses member, dan email follow-up sequence (hingga 3 email per checkout) yang dikirim via Amazon SES.
Analytics & Funnel
Merchant mendapat akses ke dashboard analitik yang menampilkan data revenue, jumlah transaksi, conversion rate, dan customer journey funnel berdasarkan rentang waktu yang dipilih.
Custom Domain
Merchant dapat menghubungkan domain kustom miliknya ke platform Scale setelah melalui proses verifikasi dan aktivasi oleh admin.
Pembayaran & Fee Platform
Pemrosesan Pembayaran
Seluruh transaksi diproses melalui Xendit (XenPlatform). Merchant wajib menyelesaikan onboarding Xendit untuk menerima pembayaran dari Pembeli. Dana transaksi masuk ke sub-akun Merchant di Xendit dikurangi fee platform dan fee Xendit.
Platform Fee
Scale mengenakan platform fee per transaksi yang berhasil sesuai nilai yang ditetapkan di pengaturan platform. Fee ini dipotong otomatis melalui mekanisme XenPlatform fee rule.
Tanggung Jawab Merchant
Merchant sepenuhnya bertanggung jawab atas produk dan jasa yang dijual, penetapan harga, dan pemenuhan pesanan kepada Pembeli. Scale hanya menyediakan infrastruktur teknis dan tidak menjadi penjual atas produk Merchant.
Kebijakan Refund Merchant
Kebijakan pengembalian dana kepada Pembeli sepenuhnya ditentukan oleh masing-masing Merchant. Scale tidak bertanggung jawab atas sengketa refund antara Merchant dan Pembeli.
Kewajiban & Larangan Merchant
Merchant dilarang menggunakan platform Scale untuk:
- Menjual produk atau jasa ilegal, berbahaya, atau melanggar hukum Indonesia.
- Melakukan penipuan, menyebarkan informasi palsu, atau menyesatkan Pembeli.
- Menjual konten pornografi, perjudian, atau konten yang melanggar norma kesusilaan.
- Melanggar hak kekayaan intelektual pihak ketiga (hak cipta, merek dagang, paten).
- Melakukan spam atau pengiriman pesan massal yang tidak diminta kepada Pembeli.
- Mengakses atau mencoba mengakses sistem Scale secara tidak sah.
- Mendistribusikan malware atau kode berbahaya melalui platform.
Pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan ini dapat mengakibatkan penonaktifan akun Merchant tanpa pengembalian setup fee.
Hak Kekayaan Intelektual
Milik Merchant
Seluruh konten yang diunggah atau dibuat oleh Merchant (teks, gambar, video, file) tetap menjadi hak milik Merchant. Dengan menggunakan Scale, Merchant memberikan lisensi non-eksklusif kepada Scale untuk menampilkan dan menyimpan konten tersebut dalam rangka penyediaan layanan.
Milik Scale
Platform Scale, termasuk desain, kode sumber, antarmuka, merek, dan dokumentasi adalah hak milik eksklusif PT SKI. Dilarang menyalin, memodifikasi, mendistribusikan, atau melakukan rekayasa balik (reverse engineering) terhadap platform tanpa izin tertulis.
Ketentuan Bagi Pembeli
Hubungan Hukum
Transaksi pembelian terjadi antara Pembeli dan Merchant. Scale bertindak sebagai penyedia infrastruktur teknis, bukan sebagai pihak penjual. Segala klaim terkait produk, kualitas, atau pemenuhan pesanan ditujukan kepada Merchant yang bersangkutan.
Akun Member
Setelah pembayaran berhasil, Pembeli mendapat akun member untuk mengakses konten digital. Akun bersifat personal dan tidak boleh dibagikan atau dipindahtangankan kepada pihak lain.
Keamanan Data Pembeli
Data pribadi Pembeli (nama, email, nomor WhatsApp) digunakan untuk keperluan pemrosesan transaksi dan pengiriman akses konten. Lihat Kebijakan Privasi kami untuk detail lengkap.
Batasan Tanggung Jawab
Scale menyediakan layanan "sebagaimana adanya" (as-is). Sejauh diizinkan oleh hukum yang berlaku, Scale tidak bertanggung jawab atas:
- Kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, atau konsekuensial akibat penggunaan platform.
- Gangguan layanan akibat pemeliharaan, force majeure, atau kegagalan pihak ketiga (Xendit, Bunny.net, AWS SES).
- Kualitas atau kebenaran konten yang dibuat dan dijual oleh Merchant.
- Sengketa antara Merchant dan Pembeli terkait produk atau layanan Merchant.
- Kehilangan data akibat kejadian di luar kendali Scale.
Penghentian Layanan
Oleh Merchant
Merchant dapat menghentikan penggunaan layanan kapan saja. Setup fee tidak dapat dikembalikan setelah akun aktif.
Oleh Scale
Scale berhak menangguhkan atau menghentikan akun Merchant yang melanggar Syarat & Ketentuan ini, melakukan penipuan, atau membahayakan platform. Scale akan berupaya memberikan notifikasi sebelum penghentian kecuali dalam situasi darurat.
Perubahan Layanan & Ketentuan
Scale berhak memperbarui fitur platform, tarif fee, maupun Syarat & Ketentuan ini sewaktu-waktu. Perubahan material akan dinotifikasikan melalui email yang terdaftar setidaknya 7 hari sebelum berlaku. Penggunaan layanan setelah tanggal berlakunya perubahan dianggap sebagai persetujuan atas ketentuan yang diperbarui.
Hukum yang Berlaku & Penyelesaian Sengketa
Syarat & Ketentuan ini diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan berdasarkan hukum Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Setiap sengketa yang timbul akan diselesaikan melalui musyawarah mufakat. Apabila tidak tercapai kesepakatan, sengketa akan diselesaikan melalui Pengadilan Negeri yang berwenang di Indonesia.

Welcome to Scale (scale.co.id), a multi-tenant SaaS platform for creating checkout pages, landing pages, e-courses, and member areas. These Terms of Service apply to both Merchants (users who create and manage stores/products) and Buyers (end customers who transact through checkout pages created by Merchants). By registering for or using Scale, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.
Definitions
Scale / Platform
PT SKI, operating the SaaS platform at scale.co.id and providing infrastructure for Merchants.
Merchant
An individual or business entity that registers and uses Scale's services to create checkout pages, landing pages, e-courses, and/or member areas to sell products or services to Buyers.
Buyer
An end user who makes a purchase through a checkout page created by a Merchant on the Scale platform.
Services
All features provided by Scale, including: multi-product checkout pages, landing page builder, e-courses & member areas, file downloads, automated email follow-ups, funnel analytics, Xendit payment integration, and custom domains.
Registration & Merchant Accounts
Eligibility
Merchants must be at least 18 years old or have full legal capacity to enter into agreements. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.
Setup Fee
Merchant registration requires a one-time setup fee paid via Xendit. A new Merchant account is activated only after the setup fee payment is confirmed by the system.
Account Security
Merchants are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Scale is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by Merchant negligence.
One Account per Business
Each business or entity is permitted only one active Merchant account. Scale reserves the right to deactivate duplicate accounts.
Platform Services & Features
Checkout Pages
Merchants can create and manage multiple checkout pages with features including: order bumps, post-purchase upsells, countdown timers, social proof popups, and Facebook Pixel & CAPI integration.
Landing Page Builder
Merchants can create template-based landing pages (e-book, e-course) with per-section content editing and publish/draft options.
E-Course & Member Area
Merchants can create multi-section, multi-lesson e-courses with Bunny.net video hosting. Buyers gain member area access upon successful transaction.
Digital Files
Merchants can upload digital files (PDFs, etc.) to Bunny Storage and associate them with products. Buyers receive secure, authenticated download access.
Automated Emails
The platform provides payment confirmation emails, member access emails, and follow-up email sequences (up to 3 emails per checkout) delivered via Amazon SES.
Analytics & Funnel
Merchants have access to an analytics dashboard showing revenue, transaction count, conversion rate, and customer journey funnel data for selected date ranges.
Custom Domain
Merchants can connect their own custom domain to Scale after completing verification and activation by the admin team.
Payments & Platform Fees
Payment Processing
All transactions are processed through Xendit (XenPlatform). Merchants must complete Xendit onboarding to receive payments from Buyers. Transaction funds are deposited into the Merchant's Xendit sub-account, net of the platform fee and Xendit fees.
Platform Fee
Scale charges a per-transaction platform fee for each successful transaction, as set in the platform settings. This fee is deducted automatically via the XenPlatform fee rule mechanism.
Merchant Responsibility
Merchants are solely responsible for the products and services they sell, pricing, and order fulfillment to Buyers. Scale provides only the technical infrastructure and is not a seller of Merchant products.
Merchant Refund Policy
Refund policies to Buyers are determined solely by each Merchant. Scale is not responsible for refund disputes between Merchants and Buyers.
Merchant Obligations & Prohibited Uses
Merchants are prohibited from using the Scale platform to:
- Sell illegal, harmful, or unlawful products or services under Indonesian law.
- Commit fraud, spread false information, or deceive Buyers.
- Sell pornographic or gambling content, or content violating public morality.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties (copyright, trademarks, patents).
- Spam or send unsolicited bulk messages to Buyers.
- Access or attempt to access Scale systems in an unauthorized manner.
- Distribute malware or malicious code through the platform.
Violations may result in Merchant account deactivation without a refund of the setup fee.
Intellectual Property
Merchant Content
All content uploaded or created by Merchants (text, images, video, files) remains the property of the Merchant. By using Scale, Merchants grant Scale a non-exclusive license to display and store that content for the purpose of providing the Services.
Scale Property
The Scale platform, including its design, source code, interface, brand, and documentation, is the exclusive property of PT SKI. Copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering the platform without written permission is prohibited.
Terms for Buyers
Legal Relationship
Purchase transactions occur between the Buyer and the Merchant. Scale acts as a technical infrastructure provider, not as a seller. All claims regarding products, quality, or order fulfillment should be directed to the relevant Merchant.
Member Account
After successful payment, Buyers receive a member account to access digital content. Accounts are personal and may not be shared with or transferred to other parties.
Buyer Data Security
Buyer personal data (name, email, WhatsApp number) is used for transaction processing and content access delivery. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of Liability
Scale provides its services on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Scale is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
- Service disruptions due to maintenance, force majeure, or third-party failures (Xendit, Bunny.net, AWS SES).
- The quality or accuracy of content created and sold by Merchants.
- Disputes between Merchants and Buyers regarding Merchant products or services.
- Data loss due to events beyond Scale's control.
Service Termination
By Merchant
Merchants may cease using the service at any time. The setup fee is non-refundable once the account is activated.
By Scale
Scale reserves the right to suspend or terminate Merchant accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud, or endanger the platform. Scale will endeavor to provide notice before termination except in emergencies.
Changes to Services & Terms
Scale reserves the right to update platform features, fee rates, or these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified via the registered email address at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved through the competent Indonesian court.
